Information submitted through Meta lead forms may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, buyer type, quantity requirements, and fabric interests.

4. Cookies, Website Analytics and Advertising

Our website uses a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage entries to run essential functions such as remembering your privacy choices, protecting the enquiry form from spam and keeping your session working.

When advertising measurement is effectively allowed, we also store a random non-personal visitor identifier and marketing-attribution parameters (UTM values, click identifiers, landing page and referrer) in first-party browser storage for up to 90 days. These first-party entries do not contain your name, email address or any advertising cookie identifier. Before you have made a consent choice — and while we are still confirming your region for the first time on a fresh visit — only a temporary in-memory record of your landing page is retained for the duration of that single page-load. Nothing is written to persistent storage or sent to us during that window. If you later reject advertising measurement, withdraw consent, or if your browser sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, any previously stored advertising attribution and the Meta _fbp / _fbc cookies are cleared from your browser.

Optional measurement and advertising tools — Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-SGNZEJPPNB), Google Ads (AW-18001719511) and the Meta Pixel (dataset 1243839391065334) — are only loaded after you have chosen to allow them. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the site will show a consent banner and no measurement scripts, cookies or events will run before you accept. In other regions we operate on an implied-consent basis but you can still change or withdraw your choice at any time using the "Privacy choices" control in the site footer.

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal automatically — while your browser sends GPC, measurement and advertising tools stay disabled and any earlier "accept all" choice is ignored for as long as the signal is active.

Your enquiry submission includes a distinct measurement-consent record that is stored separately from the marketing-communications consent you tick in the form. The two are never inferred from each other.
